Mannanase

Mannanase is a high-effeciency and thermostable mannanase developed by Vland Biotech from excellent strains and produced through unique fermentation process.

Functions

Increase feed efficiency and reduce costs with our thermostable Mannanase, developed from excellent strains and produced via a unique fermentation process. Designed for feed manufacturers, integrators, and distributors, this feed enzyme ensures consistent quality and performance in bulk supply.

1. Hydrolyze mannans in feed ingredients (especially in meal-based raw materials), reduce chyme viscosity, and enhance feed nutrient digestibility;

2. Reduce feed-induced immune responses and increase feed energy level by about 50 kcal/kg to lower feed costs;

3. Decrease the incidence of intestinal diseases and improve the immunity of animals with the help of mannose oligosaccharides (MOS) produced after the degradation of mannans;

4. Narrow the quality gap among different batches of raw materials to stabilize feed quality.

Advantages

1. High enzyme activity in GIT, with an optimum pH close to intestine pH.

2. Efficient degradation of mannans in various feed ingredients.

3. Excellent thermostability without coating up to 85℃.

FAQ – Mannanase for Feed Manufacturers

Q1: How does Mannanase improve nutrient digestibility?
A1: Mannanase hydrolyzes mannans in feed, reduces chyme viscosity, and releases nutrients trapped in raw materials, improving absorption and utilization.

Q2: Which feed ingredients benefit most from Mannanase?
A2: Meal-based raw materials such as soybean meal, palm kernel meal, and other plant-origin feed ingredients with high mannan content.

Q3: Can I order Mannanase in bulk for international distribution?
A3: Yes. We provide bulk supply options worldwide. Contact our sales team for pricing and shipment details.

Q4: Does Mannanase improve animal immunity?
A4: Yes. Mannanase produces mannose oligosaccharides (MOS) that support gut health and reduce intestinal disease incidence.

Q5: How does Mannanase stabilize feed quality across batches?
A5: By degrading anti-nutritional mannans consistently, it reduces variability in nutrient digestibility between raw material batches.
