Protease

Protease is a high-efficiency and thermostable protease developed by Vland Biotech. It can help reduce feed costs by maximizing the utilization of proteins and improving the nutritional value of animal feed.

Functions

1. Compensate for the deficiency of endogenous protease in animals, especially in young animals, to meet their growth needs and lay solid foundations for good health in later period.

2. Enhance the digestibility and utilization of proteins and amino acids to improve the growth performance of animals;

3. Eliminate anti-nutritional factors in feed such as soybean antigens;

4. Reduce diarrhea and abnormal fermentation caused by protein indigestion, and decrease the incidence of gastrointestinal diseases.

Advantages

Developed by Vland Biotech, our Protease feed enzyme is a high-efficiency and thermostable enzyme designed to maximize protein utilization, improve feed nutritional value, and reduce feed costs. Ideal for feed manufacturers, integrators, and distributors, this enzyme ensures consistent performance and quality in large-scale feed production for poultry, swine, and other livestock.

1. Excellent resistance to pepsin and trypsin in the gastrointestinal tract of poultry and livestock.

2. Excellent thermostability at 85 ℃ in feed pelleting process.

3. Efficient protein hydrolysis to improve its digestibility.

4. High-level compatibility with other feed enzymes.

5. High enzyme activity in a wide pH range of 5.0-7.0.

FAQ – Protease for Feed Manufacturers

Q1: How does Protease improve protein utilization in feed?
A1: Protease breaks down feed proteins and amino acids, increasing digestibility and absorption, which improves growth performance and feed efficiency.

Q2: Which feed ingredients benefit most from Protease?
A2: Protein-rich ingredients such as soybean meal, fish meal, and other plant- or animal-based protein sources benefit most.

Q3: Can I order Protease in bulk for international distribution?
A3: Yes. We offer bulk supply worldwide. Contact our sales team for pricing, packaging, and logistics options.

Q4: Does Protease help prevent diarrhea in livestock?
A4: Yes. By enhancing protein digestibility, Protease reduces undigested protein in the gut, preventing diarrhea and abnormal fermentation.

Q5: How does Protease stabilize feed quality?
A5: Protease ensures consistent protein breakdown across different batches of feed ingredients, maintaining uniform feed quality.
